The dermatologist Konstantinos Valavanis owns a modern dermatology practice in Alexandroupolis, dealing with cases of General Dermatology, Dermatosurgery, as well as Cosmetic Dermatology.
He studied at the L’Aquila university faculty of medicine and surgery in Italy and completed the Pathology specialization as well as the specialization of Dermatology - Venereology in Germany. He specialized in Dermatosurgery at the university clinic of St. Josef, Bochum in Germany, under the supervision of the former Chair of the Dermatology Company Prof. F. Bechara, and in Dermatohistopathology under the supervision of Prof. M. Stücker.
At the same time he gained extensive clinical experience by collaborating with an external dermatology practice in Gelsenkirchen-Buer, with external organizations (penitentiary center JVA Bochum, hospitals, workforce ante controls), as well as in house calls.
Upon repatriation he founded and runs a private Dermatology practice in Alexandroupolis where he treats patients from the whole district of Thrace and other areas as well. In a pleasant and welcoming space, fully equiped with state-of-the-art medical technology, he provides high quality medical services that cover the whole spectrum of modern Dermatology.
